Baby = 6" wide or 7" Length whichever comes first

Youth = 8" wide or 9" Length whichever comes first

Adult = 11" wide or 12" inch Length whichever comes first

X-Large = 14" wide or 15" Length whichever comes first

YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS! NOT TO BE USED WITH AN IRON OR EASY PRESS!!!!
